During installation it is not known, which user will start OpenOffice. So the
installer cannot determine the language of the user.
You can set the language for you by this steps:
Set the explorer to show all folders and files. Goto your user settings.
Open folder "Templates".
Right click the soffice.odt file and click on "Open".
The application should start with this file loaded.
Open Styles and Formatting window and the "paragraph" category.
Right click style "default" and then "modify".
Goto tab "font" and set the desired language in the drop-down list. OK.
Save.
Close application.
You can do the same with the other document templates.
