When there is any disparity between the default ODF 1.1 encryption methods
supported by OpenOffice.org 3.3.0 and earlier, the package is opened as if
there is no encryption. The result is the styles.xml Format error with that is
presumably a consequence of attemptiong to access the ciphertext (a binary
file) as if it is unencrypted XML.

These tests need to be repeated with an Apache OpenOffice 3.4 developer
snapshot or release candidate.
