Open Office document is pathetic. It will not keep the font I set it to and the
spell check will not work at all. After spending two hours reading the help
files and installing a dictionary via the Org system it will still not check
the spelling. I was advised the dictionary is already installed but it is not
shown so that was another total waste of time.
Why on earth does this stupid system have to be so blasted complex when a
simple request could be dealt with with ease if the programer had any idea how
to make it so, for the average person like me.
We do not need 101 stupid boxes to check only to find that the system doesn't
even save the settings.
To set the font on my E-Mail program I just go to the directory > Drop down >
Chose font > Set as Default.
So simple a blasted child can do it but not the good and mighty Ooo who have to
add items that most peaple wouldn't even have an idea what they are for,
especialy when the discription is written for PC Bods.
All I want is a simple spell check to work and be able to chose my prefered
font that will actualy save for my next documents use, and {no} before you ask
I didn't check the box that says "This document only" And after two hours of
getting verry mad and  I have tried all the various ways of setting up the
options to make it work i wold safly say I know the options as well as the
person who that must have been on drugs who programed it.
Do you think that you would be kind enough to advise me how this crap system
works with a way of saving the settings and make the spell check work?
I am going blind and I have plenty of problems without this adding to them.

PS. i am going to distroy this program and remove all the little left overs
100% and re-instal it to see if that makes any differance. I have loads to do
and important tasks that need to be done urgently and now this is going to hold
me up again!!
