             Bug #: 119007
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Lookup() and VLookup() functions do not return proper
                    values
    Classification: Application
           Product: Spreadsheet
           Version: OOo 3.3 RC10
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: formatting
        AssignedTo: ooo-issues@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: john_dominik@hotmail.com

Using a table of grades for values:

A 4.000
A- 3.636
B+ 3.272
B 2.909
B- 2.545
C+ 2.181
C 1.818
C- 1.454
D+ 1.090
D 0.727
D- 0.363
F 0

I set up the spreadsheet to allow me to enter a letter grade (first column) and
return a value from the second column (numeric). When I entered C-, I kept
getting the value 2.545 - the value for B-. When I replaced all of the plus
characters with "P" and minus characters with "M" I still got the same wrong
values. Both Lookup and VLookup returned the wrong values.
