Leap Day Smoke Test XLS Smoking in Excel

When the Smoke Test document is saved from Calc as an Excel 97/2000/ME XLS
file, it round trips back into Calc just fine.

When the file is opened in Excel 2010, it opens fine but it exhibits the Excel
"leap-year bug." This is revealed in how the serial day-number values are
computed differently. (Note that excel does not present 1899-12-31 for day 0,
it presents 0 day-value numbers as 2000-01-00.)

This demonstrates that the Excel "leap-year bug" and the problem with dates
being failed to day-value 0 are different situations, although the Smoke Test
is useful in checking for either of them.
