Installing a Russian language pack over the British English version did not
spoil the effect - the Save with password option is now enabled.

Just to make sure I removed this version and installed the initial one (3.3.0
rus) again but the problem did not reappear - although I did reinstall it
several times before and the problem was still there.

Still there is a guess something is missing in the purely Russian install but
I'm a little tired and in a lack of time to reproduce the intial situation
(i.e. clean up all traces of OOo and try russian clean install again).

Since I do have my "Save with password" option happily back, I'm OK if this is
left as unconfirmed issue I guess unless someone later has the same problem.
