@mathiasbassler: Our settings shown above. The general idea is to keep
everything in memory at once, so the settings may vary according to your usage
(for instance, set Memory per Object for your own largest object).

Setting "data loss" keyword, and cleaning up other settings.

@ zhao xia: file size (very large, tens of MB) is definitely a triggering
factor. Not seen in >1MB individual chapters, but the master ...
