Attempt to export as pdf

I need to use openoffice to convert html emails into pdfs. Most of the time
this works great but recently I came across emails that are wrapped within a
table and a single tr and td tag. I am adding the header information to the
beginning of the email, which causes the email body not to start until the
second page. Removing the email headers fixes the formatting problem of pushing
it to a new page, but an even more pressing issue remains.

Not all of the text from the email body is shown and it appears that everything
past the first page is truncated. I believe this is due to the excess length of
the tr or td tag. I find that by splitting the single row into multiple rows I
am able to fix the issue. This is not an acceptable solution, however, because
I am not able to programmatically determine how long the tr tag is; as it is
based on a combination of text and styling. Also, I need to be able to maintain
the original html from email as much as possible, as the goal is to preserve
these emails as close to the original as possible and display them in a
reasonable format.

Is this a know issue? I was not able to find related issues.

Is there a setting within openoffice that could solve this issue?

If neither of those answers are true, when could a fix for this issue be
expected?

I have attached an example html file, the issue is evident when exporting it to
a pdf file.

OS: OSX 10.7.2
Openoffice version: 3.3.0 build 9567
