a pptx file generated by MS Powerpoint that imports poorly into oo

Importing a pptx created with MS Powerpoint loses much of the formatting.

To reproduce: open the attached file.  Also available as 
  http://www.rawbw.com/~acorn/oo_bugs/buggy_font_color1.pptx

In MS Powerpoint (where created) this file looks like this:

There are many problems.  Some of the problems include:

- the word "runnier" is supposed to be red and the following text black.  But
in oo *all* the text following the word is red.

- In MS Powerpoint the level1 list items have bullet icons (dashes).  In oo
there is indentation but no icons.

- In  MS Powerpoint the text is scaled so it fits on the page.  In oo the text
looks unformatted and runs off the bottom of the page. (Maybe related to bug
115668)
