             Bug #: 118588
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Cannot create new data tables in existing database
    Classification: Application
           Product: Database access
           Version: RPT 0.5.0.20070627
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P5
         Component: none
        AssignedTo: dbaneedsconfirm@openoffice.org
        ReportedBy: brian.tye@care4free.net
                CC: ooo-issues@incubator.apache.org

Existing tables in the database are OK: I can open, modify, save without issue.
But when I try to create a new table using either of the wizards I get:
"Could not append column:invalid column descriptor"
"SQL status: HY000"

The new table is established in the list of tables, however, but when I try to
open it I get:
"The data content could not be loaded. Query must have at least one destination
field." 'More' brings up:
SQL status: 3066
Error code: -2147467259
Information:
"the SQL command leading to this error is: SELECT*FROM 'table name'."

This database started out as an MS 'Access' database but I've been using it in
OpenOffice without problem for about 5 years. I no longer have 'Access'. Data
is still in a .mdb file, however, although I'm sure I changed it to the OOo
version at some point.

Brian Tye
