             Bug #: 118583
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: on open chart Data Ranges, cells containing the name
for each chart series are offset by -1 row
    Classification: Application
           Product: Spreadsheet
           Version: OOo 3.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: ui
        AssignedTo: spreadsheet@openoffice.org
        ReportedBy: jdthomlinson@att.net
                CC: ooo-issues@incubator.apache.org

For Open Office Calc: OOO330m20 Build 9567

On opening (double-click on chart, right click select "Data Ranges..." from
drop down menu), the automatically selected cells containing the names for the
"Data series" are offset, by -1 row. This requires manually re-selecting each
"Range for Name" to select the correct cell. The column is correct.

The spreadsheet containing the data for the chart has ~2500 rows with columns A
- AB, the chart uses 6 data series.

I cannot intentionally reproduce this bug. However, it is very repeatable,
occurring ~15-20% of the times the chart is edited. And a PITA to reselect the
names. Makes me paranoid about writing a macro.
