Note: this is my second try. The first was erased when Bugzilla sent me pack to
pick a "component". I don't mind being reminded to satisfy required actions,
but I do think that blanking the Summary and Description is a bit much. Also,
the Asterisk for Component is not in front of "Component", where it is expected
to be, but on the line above, where I missed it.

When I installed OOo 3.3 I enabled the Quick Start icon in the hope that it
would make opening the first document of the day go a bit faster. It did not do
this, but perhaps it isn't intended to.

I shortly noticed that, if I started Internet Explorer while OOo was loading a
document, I would shortly be told that the document was "damaged" and had to be
"recovered". I used the recovery process to report this many times.

I eventually disabled/removed the Quick Start icon. I have not had OOo declare
a file it was opening while Internet Explorer was starting up to be "damaged"
since then. Apparently, it was Quick Start that was causing the problem.

Since Quick Start appears to cause problems and to not speed things up, perhaps
it should be removed. The alternative, of course, is to get it to actually do
something useful, and then document what that might be.
