...and since in another thread it is anticipated that 4.0 could be ready
for release as early as March 2013, there is not much time so things need
to get rolling. I put some heading on the wiki to get started.

We probably need details for submission of entries etc. I have a deadline
to get a project report in and I'm out at a conference next week but I'll
get back to it when I can. Please add to change what has been started.
