Are other approaches possible, or maybe they need some further clarifications and they don't follow the procedure properly? I'd like to cover this problem in the "Known Issues" but if there are variants of the solution it would be nice to list them all. I've seen a tool named "Application State Cleaner" mentioned in the forums, but I don't know whether it is actually reliable and working. Regards, Andrea.
