There is no need to make a bright line on this page.

I think that PMC and Committers will be volunteering for particular efforts including mentoring
new contributors or leading an effort.

A rename makes sense.  Committers is good and it can link to the Volunteers page. This is
the page where a "bright line" makes sense.

In order to preserve history I may retire the old page and start new. A discussion of the
columns will be needed. I think as a new thread - "Committers table data" - when I have a
prospective new page. The content of the Volunteers page will likely be an influence. For
example Committers may wish to indicate a primary focus which will link to the hash tag on
the volunteer page.
