The TOU does not currently point to the main website page. Go to the forum and look at the bottom of the page where it says "By any use of this Website, you agree to be bound by these Policies and Terms of Use". Then click the link and read. Continuing with what is there is entirely out of the question, right? It is Oracle's terms of use, assigning rights of the content to Oracle.
