Subject: [EXT]Odd search results when searching on Extension site

1) If I go to the extension site and type "espa=F1ol" on the search box,
I obtain several pages of results, but many of of those pages have
only one or even no extensions!

Clicking on the Tag "Espa=F1ol" gives better results.

2) Recently, a volunteer on the ES forums uploaded several ClipArt
extensions: if you click on Espa=F1ol tag you see all them but if you
search for "clipart" with the search tool many of those extensions are
missing.

So, tags are working but the search box have some problems
