CCing Martin and Robert, since I'm not sure they are on this list. I'll 
also leave relevant messages below, for context.

In short: 3.4.0 has already been released without Slovenian, but 
Slovenian will be included in 3.4.1 (end of July) and intermediate 
builds will be available as soon as next week, follow

for the builds and
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=120036
for the integration.
