Subject About Uyghur Translations

Hi,
My name is Gheyret, native Uyghur.Before we finished translation of OpenOffice almost 100%. We
like to continue translate, and maintenance Uyhur translation. and we like to translate Help
of OpenOffice.
But in the pootle server Uyghur is not in the list.Can you add Uyghur to the list?
