Absolutely. Understanding who is using AOO, and why it is important to
them, in the context of their digital experience, is critical to our long
term survival. In an age of choice, design is differentiator and design
matters.

As for social research, yes, we need a plan to crowd source the types of
info you mentioned below. I'll create a page on the UX wiki to capture our
thoughts.

The AOO UX community is just getting up and running. We could use your
energy and great ideas.
