But I had followed the process, right? Just before posting here I had 
set the flag. I see it correctly at

If anything is still missing, I'll be happy to conform, so long as we 
don't exaggerate with formality and we don't change the focus of our 
discussions to formal details rather than the real issues.

By the way, if we have up-to-date documentation on the QA process I'd 
appreciate being pointed to it; so far I clearly adopted a partially old 
process, so things that were obvious to me (since I had classified the 
issue as P2) might not be obvious to you.
