It seems the download URL was assembled for Bouncer - the download 
service that was used before MirrorBrain. Have you ever see such 
behavior before the change?

Is it the same when clicking here on the green button?

I've tested it a second ago on both webpages and I get a Windows build 
with this URL:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/files/localized/de/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_de.exe/download
