Rob, what about adding some info right after this paragraph:

"If you have an account on our Extensions or Templates website, then
please login to that account and follow the given instructions for
converting your account over to the new hosting. If you have forgotten
your password, you can reset your password, but you need to do that
immediately, before March 16th."

Something like, "If you received an email from
communityteam@sourceforge.net providing you with instructions to
retain access to the OpenOffice Extensions and Templates website you
can trust that source, it's not a phishing attack"
