The code is rather complex.
According to the thread, there was a 'webdavandgvfslocking1' CWS.

There may be useful parts inside but I am not sure it's completely
useful for as it seems to be very gnome and neon dependent. I do
find it strange that I can't find it in the list of CWSs that I have.
