This is weird but I noticed icc generates a binary here:

ooo/main/icc/misc/build/SampleICC-1.3.2/Contrib/CmdLine/create_sRGB_profile/sRGB-IEC61966-2.1.icc

Checking it (with more) I see this text embedded:
The Contents of this file are made available subject to the terms of GNU Lesser General Public License version 3

This binary is then embedded in a header file which I changed
to carry the AL2 header but we will have to review the binary
and update it.

Also (for Andrew) the files in this zip file need to be
updated:
ooo/main/icc/makefiles.zip
