I am hit by the same error on my Windows build for the weekly developer snapshot.
As I am creating a PRO-build msvcr90.dll is not found

As this DLL is not been deployed inside our installation sets - as far as I 
found out - it seems that the corresponding DLL is not found. It is located in 
the solver (main/solver/340/wntmsci12.pro/bin/), but somehow not found by the 
system.
