Hi Joe,

Some of these aren't working the way I expected.  projects.openoffice.org and qa.openoffice.org
are currently losing their style.

I think that this needs an [L]

I'm expecting and have written hrefs to expect that foo is in the url www.openoffice.org/foo/
after the redirect.

I'm not sure what this rule is for:
