I am intrigued to see that the "lv" site has a problem, because a 
character-set problem shows in the svn commit (below). A similar problem 
shows in one of Pedro's commits, IIRC for the Bitstream font. That one 
was easy to decode; the jumble of characters should have been 
interpreted as a 3-byte UTF-8 encoding of U+201C and U+201D, which are 
fancy open and close quotes.

Using the "view" link in the commit, I checked the svn for yours (lv), 
and it looks good there. The problem is probably not very serious, 
unless it's interfering with your work. It has to be somewhere in 
between the actual svn content and my local mail client (Tbird); I 
haven't a clue where to start looking.

Notice the pied characters in the <title> field. If you see no problem,
