Inspired by Andrea, I did the same with
i113873 - Russian dictionary.
I was actually lazy and instead of unpacking it
and setting things up I actually took it from
LibreOffice: the new dictionary is under a BSD-like
license so that will not be an issue if we resurrect
it.
