Apparently we can't administer it effectively, and it is hosted on a server which people have said may have been flaky / dropping mail (also not ideal). I would really love someone to volunteer with some securityteam@largefurryanimal.com style domain, that is sufficiently neutral (if freedesktop will really not do); and to have a diverse admin environment too to increase mutual confidence.
