Apache POI's LICENSE does include extra information. The EMCA mentions came in with our OOXML
branch. The rest came in as a patch from Jukka Zittig (an Apache Member) in February 2009.

I've reviewed and diffed the history of the POI LICENSE file and Avik was the one who converted
it from 1.1 to 2.0 in 2005. The front part of the license has remained unchanged since.

Ross - if we are doing it wrong in Apache POI please let us know on our list.
