> org.odftoolkit.simple.common.TextExtractor uses '\r' instead of '\n' as new line character.
This leads to problems with other ODF Toolkit processing, as \r is ignored by most line break
helper functions, e.g. org.odftoolkit.simple.common.WhitespaceProcessor.append(Element, String)
> The best way to see the issue is to use the TextNavigation to find an element inside
of a cell and use replaceWith on the item to replace the value. One can see that the element
value is set correctly but the String value of the cell is set using TextExtractor functionalities
which leads to the Cell Value not containing a new line.
> As the Unit-Tests are also tailored towards the '\r' those need to be updated as well.
