Hi Louis,

Welcome to the list.  It is good to have another ODF warrior here.

Anyone can vote by responding to the [VOTE] thread.  Everyone's votes
are welcome, as expressions of support or concern, though in this
particular ballot only members of the Incubator PMC (the IPMC) have
binding votes.
