Thanks a lot Matthias,
maybe I got it: the error was in the fact we was trying to add the
NUnit dependency in the parent pom, where packaging: library is not
allowed, so we switched to dll type :S

We generally want to replace custom code with the standard Maven equivalents in future - the
only catch is that it won't recognise the custom types.
