Hello!

For my first improvement I will be adding a sorting feature to the tables in the Mesos Web
UI for more convenient viewing, for example, by available resources or start time. This feature
will be useful especially on large clusters running many frameworks on a large number of slaves.

I am planning on using the existing DataTables library for jQuery JavaScript.

So far I have gotten DataTables to work with a test table on my local machine. I've edited
the master index.tpl and framework.tpl files to implement DataTables on my local machine.
A problem I'm running into right now is that after I transfer over the files to my test cluster
through WinSCP, the changes are not reflected on the WebUI when I start a master and a slave.
The source code remains the same as the unchanged one.
