For another project I work with, they made the following:

And it worked well (one coordinator is necessary).

This is about the difference Juergen is telling about.

Once we have a coordinator, a process, an advertisement, some symbolic prize from a sponsor,
we can all circulate the info around us.

If the winner is in EU, I am ready to provide (and snail-mail) a bottle of Champagne!
