Hi.
    I'm wondering the best solution to have a page AND all referred 
pages exported to a single doc for publishing.
I've no special reqs for output format (pdf, word, even latex ..) as far 
as there could be some sort of control for
formatting.
At first sight the pdf plugin does most of what needed ... only there is 
already something around putting together
all the linked pages?
