Tried all the solutions noted on those links, set weblogic to start with -D=
file.encoding=3Dutf8 but nothing happens. The page contents are correctly s=
aved but, if I create a page called "=C3=91a=C3=B1a", the page is saved as =
%C3%91a%C3%B1a.txt

Also note that all characters are incorrectly rendered, not only the page c=
ontents (see attached screenshot).

Seems to me that weblogic, somewhere, is UTF-encoding the contents twice. I=
'll get a look on this after I'm done with the maven-ant-tasks..
