Subject [jira] [Commented] (JSPWIKI-704) Search crash with error org.apache.lucene.index.TermInfosReader.ensureIndexIsRead(), line 93
Date Fri, 02 Sep 2011 11:06:09 GMT

Florian Holeczek commented on JSPWIKI-704:

Hi Michael,

the error is caused by the integrated Lucene search engine. It may occur because its search
index got corrupted. Please try to shut down the wiki, delete the index files and start the
wiki up again (Maybe issuing a reindex via the admin interface will also help!). The files
can be found in the lucene directory below your jspwiki.workDir. After deletion, the search
engine will create a new index.

If that doesn't help: Do you have some big attachments in the wiki? Lucene sometimes needs
a large amount of memory when indexing certain attachment content.

However, almost certainly this is no JSPWiki bug, so I propose to mark it as invalid.

Best regards
