Related to UTF-8 file naming notations
--------------------------------------

                 Key: JSPWIKI-666
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-666
             Project: JSPWiki
          Issue Type: Wish
            Reporter: P Saraswathi Sailaja

When i create pages with chinese titles for example: Page title is '維基中文測試' it
stores the wiki page as '%E7%B6%AD%E5%9F%BA%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87%E6%B8%AC%E8%A9%A6.txt'

Due to this we are facing problem:
1. To indentify the pages in back-end
2. file names become too lengthy
3. Zipping the folder with lengtheir names giving error

Could someone suggest is there some alternative way to store specifically chinese related
page titles and whether we store the file name same as ''維基中文測試.txt '

We need solution for this little urgent. Thanks in advance.
