Should these be queried also from the UserDatabase?  E.g. via Annotations or a specific implemented
interface? I mean, you can set a policy which says that you can change the username, but if
it's physically impossible due to the fact that LDAP does not allow you to do so, it's going
to be somewhat confusing.
