Subject [jira] Updated: (JSPWIKI-477) Renamed pages are no longer in the Lucene index
Date Sun, 01 Feb 2009 17:57:59 GMT

Harry Metske updated JSPWIKI-477:

    Attachment: JSPWiki-477.patch

I don't think we can rely on the context in PageRenamer (context is one of the parameters
for WikiEngine.saveText() )

I like to suggest the following patch, which is a simple re-index of the renameTo page. (and
a similar patch for 2.8)

> When renaming a page, the page is deleted of the search index and no new entry is made.
> That means, after renaming a page, the page could no longer be found by the search engine.
> And if the page is renamed back to the former name, it cannot be found.
