Menuhide functionality is illogical
-----------------------------------

                 Key: JSPWIKI-449
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-449
             Project: JSPWiki
          Issue Type: Wish
          Components: Default template
    Affects Versions: 3.0
            Reporter: Janne Jalkanen
            Priority: Minor

The new MenuHide functionality is illogical, if the Favorites menu is put on the right side
(the arrows are reversed).

In addition, it is illogically grouped together with page actions (View/Attach/Info), even
though it concerns the visual outlook of the page.

Suggestion: make it an icon which is a part of the Favorites section (e.g. a "minimize" -icon).
When the Favorites section is hidden (minimized), then render it as a lone icon next to the
main page body.
