----------------------------------------

Did you check http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/TomcatAndUTF8? Also, do you have jspwiki.encoding
set to UTF-8?

> Attachments - Latin 2 characters in file name
> ---------------------------------------------
>
> Key: JSPWIKI-377
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-377
> Project: JSPWiki
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Core & storage
> Affects Versions: 2.6.3
> Environment: Ubuntu/Linux, Firefox 3, Tomcat 6
> Reporter: Jakub Wozniakowski
>
> Attachment with Latin 2 characters in name are improperly processed.
> After adding file it shows on "Attachments" tab, but deleting and making link to such
files is not possible.
> To reproduce:
> 1. Create text file named "łono gorącej krysi.txt"
> 2. Attach the file to some existing page
> 3. Try to delete it, confirm
> 4. Make link to the file on the page
> Wiki should handle such files or reject it.
