You should not deploy JSPWiki from a WAR file.  It is not guaranteed to work.

That's why you are getting the root path is null warning.  For example, enabling RSS will
fail spectacularly.  JSPWiki is trying to figure out the location of where you are storing
the JSPs.  If it's from a WAR file, this directory does not exist.
