Hi Leo,
I am now as confused as I was before on what should be the right thing to do.
I just want to do the right thing, this thread is not helping me.
I am aware things are not simple, so I am not pointing the finger at you
or anyone else.

I did a mistake in the LARQ's NOTICE.txt and that mistake has been
rectified as soon as I have been pointed at.

I'll double check the entries in the current NOTICE.txt file:

I'll double check those entries and act accordingly.

However, I am still confused and on this thread there are different
statements on what should be the right thing to do.

Just to make a specific example, for LARQ, there are three options
on the table:

1. ---- (pending double/triple checking of all the entries/years)
