Subject [jira] [Commented] (JENA-102) tdbloader creates stats.opt file in existing DB
Date Thu, 18 Aug 2011 15:20:27 GMT

Paolo Castagna commented on JENA-102:

This is what does (in two different places):

    if ( ! dsg.getLocation().isMem() )
        String filename = dsg.getLocation().getPath(Names.optStats) ;
        Stats.write(filename, stats) ;

It's easy to check if Names.optFixed and/or Names.optNone file are there and skip writing
the Names.optStats file.

However, what do we do when we have the Names.optStats file and we do an incremental load?

Is there a way to read a stats.opt file and incrementally update stats?

> running tdbloader to add new triples to an existing TDB database creates a new stats.opt
file if one does not already exist (whether or not none.opt already exists in the DB directory).
