Floating point parsing problem.

A floating point number that begins with a decimal (e.g., .6) is not parsed.

Import Class java.util.Properties:list1;
Strategy Execute_All_Applicable;
	1 == 1
	list1.put("foo", .6)

and gives the following exception:
