That is my understanding, though hope that Paul is willing to withdraw
his veto with the understanding that this is the last block commit and
issues such as the LGPL license will be resolved.

I'm looking at this and http://www.apache.org/foundation/voting.html .

Am I to take this as a veto on a code modification, which means I can't
commit to trunk as proposed until you withdraw your vote?
