What are all of these commits?

Why are you committing changes for other people?

Changes that happened somewhere else, months ago?

Why can't they happen directly in the ASF subversion repo?

If we are missing contributors for commit access, we can address those
problems (And we should handle them by getting people to send patches to
the development list...)

I'm half thinking all of these commits should be vetoed.
